The Executive Chef of the Ristorante Guardalej and the traditional Engadine Stüva is Markus Rose. Having had several experiences in notable establishments, he joined the Chesa Guardalej creating diverse culinary highlights. Being awarded with 15 Gault-Millau points and getting his inspiration from the italian, asian and regional cuisines he will now spoil you at the Giardino Mountain.
