At 31, our chef in the ECCO at the Giardino in Ascona is the youngest two star chef in Europe. Just a year ago, the native-born German was spending his time at the «Noma» in Copenhagen, the «best restaurant in the world!» – and was very inspired there by cuisine close to nature.
