Awarded two Michelin stars, talented chef Rolf Fliegauf lets natural ingredients and flavours shine in his diversified menus, each one a culinary masterpiece. At the mother hotel of the chain, the hotel Giardino Ascona, Rolf Fliegauf gained another two Michelin stars at the Ecco Ascona. In addition, the Ecco Zürich will open in December 2015 at the Atlanits by Giardino.
From 11.01. 2016 the Ecco St. Moritz restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, until the end of the end of the Ecco winter season on 20.03. 2016
